Daniel Lim - Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
Daniel Lim is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Guidance Software, Inc. He consults with corporate and government clients on e-discovery, privacy, and digital investigations.
    He speaks regularly on legal issues pertaining e-discovery, privacy, and security.  Prior to joining Guidance Software, Lim was an attorney at Jones Day. As a member of the firm’s eDiscovery committee, he oversaw the collection, review and production of ESI.  Lim's practice included complex commercial litigation for large organizations and assisting major energy companies with government investigations. Lim is a graduate of Columbia Law School and has clerked for the Honorable Vanessa Gilmore, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. 
Patrick_Burke
Patrick Burke - Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel
Patrick Burke works with corporate legal departments in the United States and Europe implementing defensible in-house eDiscovery processes. He also writes and speaks regularly on the intersection between eDiscovery law and technology and serves on the Sedona Conference Working Groups 1 and 6.
    Prior to joining Guidance Software, Burke was a U.S. Associate in the commercial litigation department of Linklaters, the London-based Magic Circle law firm where he served as co-head of their eDiscovery working group. He also worked as a litigation associate for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Seward & Kissel. Burke attended New York University School of Law and has served as a Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Glenn E. Mencer (W.D. Pa.).

Chad McManamy - Assistant General Counsel
Chad McManamy, Assistant General Counsel, is a member of Guidance Software’s Associate General Counsel department where his role includes assisting corporate legal departments in developing and implementing defensible in-house eDiscovery processes.
    Prior to his employment with Guidance Software, Mr. McManamy worked for six years at The Mogin Law Firm specializing in the area of antitrust class action litigation in both state and federal court. As part of his practice, he managed large document productions and review projects in some of the biggest antitrust cases in the country. In addition, Mr. McManamy has taught computer skills courses in the University of San Diego’s Paralegal program. Mr. McManamy received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego Bar Association and the American Society of Digital Forensics & eDiscovery (ASDFED).

John Blumenschein - Senior Counsel
Prior to joining Guidance Software, John was an Assistant State’s Attorney with the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. As an Assistant State’s Attorney in the felony criminal division, John handled hundreds of criminal prosecutions including many bench and jury trials.
    John has completed post graduate LLM studies in eDiscovery, computer forensics, digital evidence, cybercrime and several related courses on digital investigations. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), and the American Society of Digital Forensics & eDiscovery (ASDFED).
